Cookie Policy

Cookie Policy

What we set on your device, why, and how to say no.

Version 1.0

In short. We use cookies to make the site work and, if you agree, to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies at all, and we do not share your browsing with advertising networks.

01

Who this applies to

This policy explains how webiiitraum.com, operated by WeBiii Traume Private Limited, uses cookies and similar technologies. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally, and our Terms of Use.

02

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. It lets the site recognise your device on a later page or a later visit.

Similar technologies — local storage, pixels and tags — do comparable things. Where this policy says “cookie”, it means all of them.

03

The categories we use

Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work: delivering pages, keeping the site secure, and remembering your cookie choice. These are set whatever you choose, because without them the site does not function. They do not identify you for any other purpose.

Analytics. Help us understand which pages are useful and where people give up, in aggregate. They are not used to build a profile of you, they are not used for advertising, and we do not sell what they tell us.

Advertising and tracking cookies. We do not use them. We do not run behavioural advertising, we do not operate advertising pixels, and we do not share your browsing with advertising networks. This is a deliberate decision and not a temporary state.

04

Your choice

Where we set analytics cookies, we ask first, and analytics is held until you agree. You can change your mind at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving.

You can also control cookies in your browser — every major browser lets you block or delete them. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of this site working, which is a limitation of how the web works rather than a choice we have made.

05

How long they last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. Each cookie’s lifetime is listed in the table we publish alongside this policy.

06

Cookies and services provided by others

Some cookies on this website are not set by us. They are set by services we use to run and measure the site, and by content embedded from other platforms. Those companies are separate controllers of what they collect, and their own privacy and cookie policies apply to it in addition to this one. We encourage you to read them.

Measurement. We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand in aggregate which pages are useful and where people give up. Google processes this data as described in its own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s cookie information. You can prevent Google Analytics entirely using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Social platforms. Where we link to or embed content from a social platform, that platform may set its own cookies and may receive information about your visit, particularly if you are signed in to it. This applies to LinkedIn (LinkedIn Corporation), X (X Corp.), YouTube (Google LLC), Instagram and Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Their policies govern what they do with it:

· LinkedIn Privacy Policy
· X Privacy Policy
· YouTube (Google) Privacy Policy
· Instagram Privacy Policy
· Facebook (Meta) Privacy Policy

What we do not do. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not operate remarketing or conversion tracking for advertising, and we do not share your browsing on this site with advertising networks.

Our responsibility, and theirs. We choose these services and we instruct them. We do not control how a third-party platform operates its own services, and we are not responsible for their policies or their practices. Where a third-party service is the reason something happens on this site that concerns you, tell us anyway — it is still our website, and we will look into it.

07

Managing third-party cookies

If you are signed in to a social platform in the same browser, that platform can associate your visit here with your account there. Signing out of it, or using a separate browser profile for it, is the most effective control and it is entirely in your hands.

Most browsers also let you block third-party cookies specifically, which stops embedded platforms setting them while leaving this site working normally.

08

Changes

We update this policy when what we set changes. The version number and date at the top always reflect the current version.
