Our names and logos, how to write them, and what you may do with them without asking.

In short. Our names and logos are ours. You may refer to us accurately, report on us and quote us. You may not put our marks in your product name, alter our logo, or imply we endorse you. Ask us for the logo files rather than tracing them.

Our marks
The names, logos and marks used by WeBiii Traume Private Limited and by the Chandrahas group — including WeBiii Traume, RitzSCHA™, and AutomatiCH® — together with our wordmark, monogram, colour palette and visual identity, are our property.
Nothing on this website grants you any licence or right to use any of them. This page sets out the narrow uses we permit without asking.

How to write our names
Capitalisation is part of the mark and it is the thing people get wrong most often.
WeBiii Traume — capital W, capital B, three lowercase letter i. Not Webiii, not WeBIII, not We Biii.
RitzSCHA — capital R, lowercase i, t, z, then capital S, C, H, A.
AutomatiCH — capital A, then lowercase, then capital C and H.
Use the symbol on the first prominent use of a mark on a page, then drop it. Do not translate our marks, do not abbreviate them, and do not make them plural or possessive.

What you may do without asking
Refer to us. You may use our name and mark to refer accurately to us, our products or our services — in an article, a review, a comparison, a list of suppliers, an academic paper, or a factual statement that you work with us.
Report on us. Journalists may use our name and our published logo in coverage about us, without asking, including in a piece we would not enjoy.
Quote us. You may quote published material from this website with attribution.

What you may not do
· Use our marks in your own product name, company name, domain name, social media handle or app name.
· Use our marks in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor, certify or are affiliated with you, when we are not.
· Alter our logo — do not stretch it, recolour it, rotate it, add effects to it, place it in a shape, or combine it with another mark.
· Use our marks more prominently than your own name.
· Register a mark, domain or handle that is identical or confusingly similar to ours.
· Use our marks on merchandise, packaging or promotional material without written permission.
· Use our marks in a way that is misleading, disparaging or unlawful.

Using our logo
If you need our logo — for an article, a partner page or an event — ask us and we will send you the correct files with the current guidance. Please do not take it from a screenshot or trace it: it will be wrong, and a wrong logo reflects on both of us.
Keep clear space around it equal to the height of the capital W, do not place it on a busy photograph, and never reproduce it below the minimum size in the guidance we send.

Marks belonging to other people
Any other name or mark appearing on this website belongs to its owner. Its appearance is not a claim of ownership by us and does not imply any relationship unless we say so.

Enforcement
We enforce our marks. Misuse damages the ability of customers to tell who made something, which is what a trade mark exists to protect.
If you believe someone is misusing our marks, tell us. If we contact you about your use of ours, our first message will be an explanation and a request, not a demand — most misuse is accidental and most of it is fixed in a day.

Write to us through the contact page. Tell us what you want to use, where it will appear and for how long. We answer these.
